"Fair pricing and no surprise fees"
The prices felt fair to me, and everything was clear upfront. I didn’t feel overcharged or, actually, I didn’t feel pressured into paying for extras either. I’d use Relapse Records again without thinking too hard about it.

I mean, the return policy did technically work, so maybe I’m being a bit picky, but having to deal with the return shipping felt kind of unfair. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, just more annoying than I expected.

I mostly go to relapse.com for the exclusive releases, if you’re reading between the lines on some of these drops, you can tell they’re the ones that won’t be easy to find later. I picked up a couple vinyl variants I couldn’t get anywhere else, and the whole ordering process was straightforward. Shipping was decent, everything arrived in good shape, and I don’t really have any major complaints. I’ll definitely keep checking back when new stuff goes up.

I ordered a vinyl from Relapse Records and was really pleased when it arrived. It showed up in great shape, which is always a relief with records.
The packaging was solid, and there were no bent corners or split seams like I sometimes worry about. The shrink wrap was clean too, and the sleeve looked fresh right out of the box.
The shipping box had a tiny scuff on it, but the record itself was completely fine. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the order and would definitely buy from them again

"Pretty solid merch, though shipping had me wondering"
I ordered a hoodie and a couple of shirts from relapse.com, i was a little unsure what to expect. The print actually came out clean, and the fabric feels nicer than a lot of band merch I’ve bought before, not that super thin stuff. The hoodie’s really comfortable too. Shipping did feel a bit slow, and I was starting to wonder if it was going to take forever, but once everything showed up, I was happy with it overall.
